Fees

The above fees do not include sales tax (ÁFA) and are shown only as a guideline. Depending on the difficulty of texts, editing work on tables, figures and other circumstances, the contractor’s fee may vary, therefore please request a job specific quotation.

The amount of text that can be contained on a page differs, depending on font type and size, the spacing between words and lines, language and the nature of the text etc. Therefore prices are calculated on a per character basis. (An average page contains about 2,000 characters.)

For text supplied in Word format, fees are based on the number of characters (with spaces) based on the source document (the document to be translated). For text supplied in other formats, the fee will be based on the number of characters (with spaces) based on the translation.

The number of characters can be checked under the following menu point of Word documents: ’Tools/Word Count/Characters (with spaces)’.

Deadlines, extra charges

Translations are normally supplied within 5 working days of receipt (maximum 8,000 characters per day). We also provide a fast, express, and immediate service, in which case, extra fees are charged. See table below.
